1 cup cubed chicken:
Marinate with the following spices:
1 tsp salt
2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric/arad
½ tsp crushed green chillies
½ tsp whole jeera
Braise chicken with above spices and 1 chopped onion in a little ghee.
In the meantime take 1 pkt of Knorr vegetable soup and mix with 1 cup water.
Add to braised chicken.
Then add 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream style sweet corn.
Boil on a low heat for a few minutes.
Serve hot with garlic rolls
