2 cups chicken breast cubed fine
1 medium potato cubed
½ cup whole frozen corn
1 ½ dessertspoon crushed green chilies
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp fine salt or to taste
1 dessertspoon fine dhania
1 tsp fine jeero
Juice of ½ lemon
1 dessertspoon vinegar
½ cup chopped green spring onions and dhania
METHOD
Heat oil. Add all the ingredients to chicken.
Cook the mixture on medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
Mash slightly.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Add spring onions and dhania.
Make small balls
BATTER
2 cups cake flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp fine salt
2 tsp crushed green chillies
½ tsp white pepper
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
1 tsp fine jeera
1 dessertspoon fine dhania
Water
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together to make a batter. Mixture must drip.
Roll balls into batter and fry in medium to hot oil until brown.
NB: IF CHICKEN MIXTURE CANNOT BE FORMED INTO BALLS APPLY WHITE OF AN EGG TO MAKE BALLS OR WHITE OF AN EGG CAN BE ADDED TO CHICKEN MIXTURE TO FORM BALLS
