Vagaar
2 onions (grated)
2 Tbsp ghee oil
Add:
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Dhana jeeroo
1 tsp
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic
1 Tbsp green masala
Green dhania
Spring onions
1 kg chicken cubes
2 tomato (cooked)
Parsley
Method:
Cook on low heat and then add the sauce
Sauce:
1 Tbsp cornflour
½ cup water
2 Tbsp oil
Salt
1 Tbsp fine red chillies
Method:
Dilute the cornflour in water, add oil, salt and chillies. Boil till thickened (not very thick).
Use as a filling for potatoes.
