Make 1 onion vagaar with ghee only
Marinate ½ kg chicken fillet cubed with the following ingredients:
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken spice
½ tsp mustard powder
Cook chicken till almost done then add 2 tblsp sago (soaked in little water). Once cooked add 1 tblsp green chutney, 1 tblsp mustard sauce and a dash of lemon juice, chop in greens and fill pies.
