500g chicken fillets cubed
1 medium size onion
1 tsp ginger /garlic masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp whole jeera
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp crushed dhania
Some lemon juice
2 cubed potatoes that has been either boiled or fried
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
Chopped greens – dhania and spring onions
METHOD
• Braise chopped onion in butter, and add 1 tsp jeera
• Add chicken fillets with all other ingredients except potatoes,
cheese and mix vegetables.
• Cook until done.
• When cold add in potatoes, mix vegetables and cheese.
• If you wish you could also add in some boiled spaghetti and a dash
of soy sauce.
• Garnish with chopped greens
