½ kg chicken fillet cut into thin strips and cook with:
3 Tblsp Nandos sauce (anyone)
3 Tblsp tomato sauce
3 Tblsp mayonnaise
1 tsp red chillies
3 Tblsp olive oil
3 Tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp dry parsley
Mix together and cook till done, leave to cool. Slice rolls, fill filling, katchoomar and cheese, grill in oven till cheese melts.
