Ingredients
2 cups chicken mince
1 chopped onion
1 tblsp crushed green and red chilies or to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp dhania jeero
1 tblsp ginger /garlic masala
Add 1 tblsp oil and put in food processor
Method
Roll into long kebabs and steam in a flat pot with a little water…
Once kebabs are firm and cooked…
Make green chutney of choice and serve with poories
