1 kilo chicken fillet
1 cup cooked rice
1 Tbsp green masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp whole jeero
1 tsp ground jeero
Dhania
Black pepper
1 beaten egg
Bread crumbs
Method:
Cook fillet with all the spices till dry
Make sure all water is removed, then shred the chicken
Add rice and dhania then bind
Make into log shapes
Dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry till golden brown
