Ingredients:
300g chicken fillet
1 onion
½ green pepper
7.5ml (1½ tsp) oil
12.5ml (½ tsp) chilli powder
3-4 large Tbsp soaked sago
Salt to taste
Method:
Braise onions in oil.
Add chicken, spices and finely cubed green pepper.
Cook until tender before adding sago.
Add salt to taste.
Cook until sago becomes transparent.
Allow chicken filling to cool before using.
