1 TSP CHICKEN SPICE
2 TBLSP MAYYONNAISE
2 BEATEN EGGS
1 CUP SESAME SEEDS
1 CUP CRUSHED CRACKERS – YOU COULD USE CRUSHED CREAM CRACKERS OR SALTICRAX
METHOD
• MARINATE CUT UP CHICKEN FILLETS WITH CHILLIES, GARLIC, SALT, LEMON JUICE JEERO, CHICKEN SPICE AND MAYYONNAISE. MIX WELL.
• REFRIDGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
• COMBINE SESAME SEEDS AND CRACKERS TOGETHER IN A BOWL.
• DIP FILLETS IN THE BEATEN EGG THEN ROLL IN THE MIXED SESAME SEED AND
TILL MIXTURE.
• IT IS NOW FREEZER SUITABLE.
