200gr dark chocolate
12,5ml Milk
Heat the milk and melt the chocolate in ti, leave it aside to cool thoroughly.
Step 2:
75gr margarine
83gr castor sugar
Cream the margarine and sugar together
  Step 3:
 2 eggs separated 
 Beat in the egg yolks on at a time till nice and smooth. Add this to the  margarine mixture (step 2) then mix in the chocolate mixture (step 1)
  
 Step 4:
 Beat the egg whites till stiff and add 
  
 Step 5:
 1 Long sheet of foil ( 8 tennis biscuits to fit from side to side). 2  Pkts tennis biscuits. 200ml orange juice. Grease the foil well, then dip  8 tennis biscuits in orange juice and place in a line on the foil.  Spread chocolate mixture across biscuits. Continue to layer till  completed, ending with a layer of biscuits. Fold the foil over and seal.  Refrigerate overnight
  
 Step 6:
 250 ml fresh cream 
 6 pecan nuts
 6 strawberries
 Before serving, cover in whipped fresh cream and decorate with strawberries and pecan nuts.
