4 eggs
¾ cup caster sugar
¼ cup oil
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Method:
Beat eggs and caster sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the oil. Sift in the dry ingredients and fold into the mixture. Dissolve cocoa in ½ cup boiling water. Add into cake mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with icing or as desired

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp warm milk
Method:
Beat the butter and icing sugar together until light in color. Add the cocoa and milk and beat all together until all smooth.
