5 egg separated
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup boiling water
½ cup oil
1 cup flour
3 tsp Baking powder
3 Tbsp Cocoa
Beat egg yolks + sugar till creamy. Add oil water and fold in sifted dried ingredients. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold in. Bake at 180 till done.
Ganache Icing:
200g dairy milk
1 big tin nestle cream
Melt in choc mix in cream. Refrigerate
