Oil
1 cup water
1 ½ tsps salt or to taste
1 ½ dessertspoons crushed green chillies
1 level tsp white pepper
1 level tsp fine mustard
1 dessertspoon mayonnaise
1 cup chopped onions
METHOD
Braise corn in oil. Add water and salt and allow to simmer on medium heat until all the water has evaporated. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from stove.
N.B. GREEN CHILLIES CAN BE OMITTED FOR A NON SPICED FLAVOUR
