300g chicken
1 medium grated onion
2 Tbsp ghee
1 Tbsp green masala
1 Tbsp flour
4 cups milk
500g soup greens
Method:
Put onions, ghee and chicken in pot with a green masala made of little ground green chilli, ground garlic crushed geera and salt. Very gently braised til masala well infused into chicken.
Add vegetable of choice ( fresh peas, or carrots or pumpkin. etc ) and cook till vegetables are cooked. Remove meaty pieces and vegetable from the pot, place in blender with some of the milk and blend till fine. Return puree to pot.
In a pan braise the flour in 2 tsp of butter and when it begins to change add to pot. Stir in milk and stir and whisk well to avoid lumping. Simmer till soup is thickened. Just before surfing add some cream and chopped greens/
