1 packet tennis biscuits crushed
¼ IB melted butter
Press above into small foil cups or small cheesecake pans
TOPPING
1 big tin nestle cream
1 big tin condense milk
2 cups cremora
¼ to ½ cup lemon juice
Beat together till smooth
Decorate with granadilla mix
GRANADILLA MIX
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp maziena
Yellow food coloring
1 tin granadilla
Cook above ingredients until it thickens and becomes transparent
Remove from heat.
Add granadilla and leave to cool
