1 chicken large size (cut into 8 pieces)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chillies paste
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
a pinch of Zeal
2 Tbsp flour (seasoned with salt & pepper)
Salt oil for frying
Method:
Prick the pieces of chicken with a fork. Mix ginger and green chilli paste and zeal with vinegar and soya sauce and marinate the chicken pieces with it for 3 to 4 hours. Coat each piece lightly in seasoned flour and shallow fry in hot oil in frying pan untill chicken is golden brown and crispy.
