1 cup ordinary sugar
1 cup boiling water3 cups boiling water
1 medium english cucumber
1 cup iced water
3 cups crushed ice
1 cup lemon juice
Combine the sugar and boiling water in a saucepan and stir until all the sugar dissolves,and you have a slightly sticky syrup.
Set aside the syrup,to cool down completely.
Chop the cucumber into pieces
Add crushed ice into a blender
Add the cucumber pieces
Add in the ice water
Add in the cold syrup
Blend well. Strain out the excess pulp,using a juice strainer. Pour into a glass and enjoy. It will last up to two days in your fridge. Make sure your cucumber is not bitter, or it will ruin your lemonade,my suggestion is to milk your cucumber.l will do a video in my stories.
