3 cups butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups custard powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 cups cake flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
Cooking chocolate and apricot jam for decoration
Method:
Cream butter and sugar and add the essence and mix. Add baking Powder , custard, and flour . Sift flour and custard and mix to form a ball of soft dough. Press (pipe) fingers through tube with fancy nozzle onto baking tray. Bake @ 180C for 20 min until done. Once biscuits are cooled sandwich together with jam and dip ends in melted chocolate.
