IDEAL FOR RAMADAN
- 2 cups firmly packed chopped dates.
- Half cup almond powder
- Half cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds.
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds.
- 1/2 cup flax seeds.
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
- 1 Tblsp honey or enough to sweeten along with dates.
- 4 Tblsp EVCP coconut oil.
- 3 Tblsp Tahini Paste.
- 1/2 tsp elachi powder or cinnamon powder, MORINGA Powder [optional]
Grind all the seeds separately and add to food processor with dates, coconut oil, tahini and elachi. Process until it lumps up. Add more honey or oil to help to bind if required. Make small balls, roll in coconut. Put into mini paper cups.
Keep refrigerated. Add, grated macadamias & or pecans to replace fraction of the seeds if u wish.
