1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tblsp butter
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Milk
Greens (optional)
• Sift flour and baking powder.
• Rub in butter, add egg, salt, pepper and greens.
• Add enough milk to make a soft batter.
• Mixture should be dropping consistency.
• Cook for 15 to 20 min.
