1 ½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups fresh cream or malai
Combine all the ingredients together for the dough adding enough flour to form a nice soft but manageable dough. Roll out dough into rounds and fill filling in half the circle. Fold dough over and seal with beaten egg forming moon shapes. Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with tal and bake in moderate oven til done
