1 pkt tennis biscuits
90g butter
1 tin condensed milk
1 egg, separated
1 tin sliced apple
Method:
Melt butter and add crushed biscuits. Mix well, press into 20cm loose bottom tin or flan dish. Separate yolk and mix into condensed milk and apple. Beat white stiffly and fold into mixture. Pour into shell. Bake at 120C until set and golden brown, approximately 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold with cream.
