Cut liver and slice thin.
Cut heart..cut out sinew and slice
Slit kidney..remove skin..chop up
Wash well and drain in colander
In pot Add butter and whole green chillies
Add Ginger garlic…garlic..lemon juice.chilli masala crushed red chilli .I made a paste an blended it.
Add pepper and salt or aromat
Braise and add in the meat.
Mix well and close pot
Let it Cook in its own juices
Wen almost done open up..remove lid and fry..
Enjoy.
