1 kg mince..steak or lamb..u can mix in some chicken mince if u like
4 egg yolks
4 slices bread
1 large onion
Ground green chillies
Salt to taste..2 tsp..level or to taste
2 tsp baking powder
Optional..1 tsp ground garlic
Process all this
Keep the egg whites aside
Make balls..nice big ones..to fit in your palm
Dip in egg whites and fry in ghee or oil
On low ..keep turning to get a good colour ..
Put in a foil lined casserole or tray
Add blobs of butter over
Dash of lemon juice
Steam in pre heated oven
Serve with chips..or mash and sweetcorn
Lovely light meal.
