Ingredients:
1 Tin condensed milk
¾ Tbsp fine elachi
3 eggs
5 Tsp baking powder
¼ cup semolina
¼ cup coconut
1 Tbsp Rose Water
1 Tbsp Ghee
Flour to make soft dough (2 ¼ cups flour)
Method:
Beat together condensed milk and eggs till light and fluffy. Add melted ghee, and then add all dry ingredients and form into soft dough.
Take small pieces of dough and roll in palm of hand into an oblong shape.
Fry in low heat oil till goolab jamboo cracks and turn golden brown.
Dip in syrup onced cooled and roll in coconut.
Syrup:
11/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
Method:
Boil the above ingredients on a high heat till it thickens. When syrup is ready remove cinnamon sticks.
