INGREDIENTS
250g butter /margarine
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
2 cups coconut
¾ cup chopped nuts
Flour to make soft dough
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Make a soft dough and shape into logs and refrigerate for half an hour. Slice the biscuits and bake in oven @180c till done.
When baked dip in castor sugar while hot.
