Ingredients
1kg hake skinless and boneless
4 tblsp butter
¼ cup fresh cream
1 heaped tsp garlic paste
1 ½ tsp wet mustard
2 tblsp lemon juice
Salt n pepper
2 tblsp paprika
2 tblsp finely chopped onion
Parsley and lemon slices, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200 deg c. Place fish in a baking dish.. ensure fish isn’t crammed in. Sprinkle both sides off fish with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Place butter fresh cream mustard lemon juice, salt and pepper in a microwave proof jug. Microwave until melted and smooth. Approximately 1 minute. Sprinkle fish with finely chopped onions, then pour over sauce
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is just cooked. Remove from oven and transfer fish to serving plates. Spoon over sauce, and garnish with parsley, smoked paprika and lemon slices
