STEP ONE..TAKE PACKETS OF BARLEY.
STAMPKORING AND 4 IN ONE SOUP MIX.
MIX ALL TOGETHER ADD A CUP OF RICE TO IT.
STORE IN BUCKET..FROM THERE U USE HOW MANY CUPS U WANT.
I WUD SAY 2 BIG MUGS FOR 1 CHICKEN.SOAK OVERNIGHT.
Add ghee to pot..put 3 cinnamon sticks.
4 elachie pods.
2 cloves
3 pepper corns.
2 tblsp whole jeera seeds and rough salt. And 2 onions
When onions turn pink add
3 tsp ginger garlic.
1 tbsp fresh ground red Chillies.
mix well then add the chicken or mutton to this.add
3 tsp crushed dry red Chillies.
2 tsp tumeric.
2 tsp dhana jeeroo.
Mix well..add quarter cup water..let Cook for 10 min.then add 4 tbsp ground tomato.braise and then add a litre of water to cook meat..more for mutton…Boil the Mixed Dholl in seperate pot til cooked..or pressure cooker ..cool then liquidise and put into a large pot.wen meat is cooked add to the liquidised mixture in bigger pot.add more boiling water to thin it…bring to a rapid boil.leave to boil for a while..in a big pan add about 3 to 4 chopped Onions. .and ghee…Fry onion..
when almost pink add 3 full tblsp rough chopped garlic and 2 tblsp ground green chillies…Fry with the onion
In a cup add half tsp pepper..half tsp cinnamon powder and 1 tsp GARUM MASALA. ..add boiling water to this..mix well then throw it into the pot.lastly add the wagaar….Chopped green Dhania and shallots..
