Step 1 : Take 4 potatoes, boil and mash them with salt and pepper to taste.
Optional : 1 pkt smash prepare and leave aside.
Step 2 : 1 Bunch spinach
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp Jeeru
1 small onion
1 punnet mushrooms
½ tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Slice onion and braise in oil with jeeru. Add galic, green chillies. Braise the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper and when the water burns away add the chopped spinach and cook on medium heat till water burns out.
Step 3 : White Sauce
2 tblsp flour
2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp grated cheese
½ cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Prepare white sauce, braise flour with the butter and then add the milk and cheese till thick.
Step 4 : Combine the spinach with the white sauce mixture.
Step 5 : Pour the spinach mixture into a greased pyrex bowl. Layer the mash over the spinach mixture evenly. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and grated chees on top. Heat through and serve.
