½ kg chicken fillet
2 tblsp green masala
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tblsp lemon juice
½ cup mayonnaise
Cook everything together besides mayonnaise, once cold add mayonnaise and about 3 tblsp picalilly.
Dough
Boil 3 potatoes and leave to cool. Once cool grate potato and add ½ cup grated cheese, salt, red chillies and about a cup of flour to make a soft dough and fill like pies. Brush top with egg white and sprinkle with Pakistani Vermicilli and tal, fry in oil and serve.
