1 onion finely chopped
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp green masala
lemon pepper and black pepper
salt
Half red pepper (cubed)
half yellow pepper (cubed)
half green pepper (cubed)
Braise onion in ghee, add chicken and spices. When ¾ way done, add peppers. Once mixture is cool add 2 tblsp sweet chilli sauce, 2 tblsp original chilli sauce, 2 tblsp wellington chilli sauce, 2 tblsp steers garlic sauce, half cup grated cheese, half bunch chopped dhania and spring onions. Fill like samoosas and dip in egg and breadcrumbs. check the sauces when u put it in… Maybe put 1 tblsp of each 1st, and see if u need more.
