• Take 3 slices white bread, cut in 4 and layer in Pyrex dish
• take a tin of chick peas and throw over bread with, sprinkle a little of the water from the chick peas onto the bread (do not use all the water as bread will become soggy)
• Make 500ml dhai with thick yoghurt and green chutney (dhai masala) pour over bread and chick peas.
• Make ¼ cup olive oil hot and pour over yoghurt, garnish with tomato cubes and olives
