1 canned chickpeas
¼ cup (Tahini)
¼ cup of iced water (add ice cubes for a white hummus)
one freshly squeezed large lemon
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
Parsley to garnish (optional)
Open chickpeas can and rinse well, boil in clean water with a pinch of bicarb and remove all skins
Add all ingredients into a food processor
Mix well until the mix looks like a paste
Serve with pita bread or vegetables
