Ingredients
½ kilo chicken Fillet
1 medium onion
½ cup lemon juice –
2 tblsp Olive oil –
1 tsp crushed garlic –
2 tsp ground green chillies –
1 ½ tsp crushed jeeru –
1 tsp crushed dhana –
1 tsp salt –
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped –
¼ cup fresh dhania leaves finely chopped.
Method: Cut fillet into cubes. Process onion lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and pour into a bowl. Add spices, parsley and coriander leaves to onion marinade. Combine marinade and fillet and leave overnight. Thread 2 to3 pieces of chicken cubes onto a toothpick or on a long skewer. Cook on a non stick pan or barbecue until done.
