3-4 Pitta bread
Chicken filling:
2 Cups basic green chicken
¼ Cup sour cream
¼ Cup mayonnaise
8 Jalapenos, draine & finely sliced
2 Cup cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste Jalapeno sauce, if available
Method:
Combine sour cream, Mayonnaise, Jalapenos and basic chicken. Cut a pocket in the pitta and fill with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese and Jalapeno sauce over chicken. Warm on a pan with ridges and serve.
