1 Lt our milk
1 Tbsp fresh cream
1 tsp green chutney
½ tsp crushed green chilli
2 tsp chana flour
Salt to taste
¼ tsp arad
1 tsp dhana
½ tsp jeeru
Liquidize all the above
Make Vagaar:
1 onion
1 Tbsp ghee
In deep saucepan add ghee brown cumin in this then add remaining finely sliced onion. Pour in the yoghurt. Bring to boil stirring al the time. Add 2 -3 curry leaves if desired. Serve with kitcheree.
