INGREDIENTS
1 Litre long life milk
2 tb nespray powder
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp elachi powder
155g nestlé cream
397g condense milk
Few drops vanilla extract
Few drops of green food coloring
Ground pistachios
METHOD
*Take 1/2 cup milk and add the cornflour and nespray powder and mix well, make sure theres no lumps.
*Add the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients except the pistachios. Bring this to a boil.
*Place the mixture into a tub and than in the freezer for a few hours, before placing in an icecream machine.
*Slowly add the pistachios to the mix while still in the machine.
*When done place back in the freezer.
*Top with ground pistachios when serving
