1 small shoulder of lamb deboned
3 Tbsp steak & chop spice
2 tsp chillie powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger garlic
1 Tbsp mustard sauce
2 Tbsp Worcester sauce
2 Tbsp H.P sauce
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and marinate the lamb shoulder overnight. Cover with foil and braai for 1 hour or cook in oven at 300C. when meat is well done remove foil and cook on the braai for a few minutes on both sides.
