INGREDIENTS
2 tsps Capers drained
4 Tbslps unsalted Butter
1 small clove garlic..minced
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbslp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 to 2 tsps chopped parsley
METHOD
melt butter, add garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice
Add chopped parsley abd salt to taste
