12 Lemons
1 ½ Tbsp Coarse Salt
2 Bottles Chilli Sauce
1 Bottle Tomato Sauce
½ cup Methi Macula masala
1 ½ Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds- raai
1 tsp crushed garlic
Limrie leaves/ Curry leaves
Peel lemons, take out segments, remove pips and squeeze out juice, mix with coarse salt and leave overnight. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, methi masala and sugar, mix well together.Make vagaar with oil, mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves and pour over chutney. Fill in jars and store in the fridge.
