12 limes must be yellow
¼ cup rough salt
½ cup fine red chillies
1 bottle white vinegar (750ml)
2 tbsp sugar
Method :
Wash the limes and put in pot with water and give it one boil. Remove from heat and leave in pot till slightly cool, then cut into bite size pieces. salt and chillies and mix well. Fill in a jar and add the vinegar on top. Close the jar and give it a shake.
