1 CUP MANGO PUREE
1 TBLSP LIME JUICE
½ CUP CONDENSED MILK OR TO TASTE
3 TO 4 TBLSP FRESH GRATED COCONUT
2 TO 3 DROPS OF YELLOW COLOR.. OPTIONAL
3 TO 4 TBLSP PASSION FRUIT PULP
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
1 CUP GREEK YOGHURT
IN A BLENDER ADD MANDO PUREE, LIME JUICE, COCONUT, YOGHURT, CONDENSE MILK AND VANILLA ESSENCE .
BLITZ FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY
NOW ADD PASSION FRUIT PULP AND MIX WELL WITH A SPOON
SCOOP THE MANGO MIXTURE INTO THE POPSICLE MOULDS GENTLY TAPPING THE MOULDS TO REMOVE ANY AIR BUBBLES FROM THE MIXTURE.
PLACE INTO THE FREEZER AND FREEZE FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS OR UNTIL COMPLETELTY FROZEN
LET THE MOULDS SIT OUT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES TO ALLOW THE POPSICLE TO WARM SLIGHTLY AND MAKE IT EASIER TO REMOVE
SLIDE POPSICLE OUT OF THE MOULD AND ENJOY
