¼ cup oil
1 cut steak or chicken
1 tsp green chillies
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ cabbage- shredded
1 ½ cups carrots- cut into julienne strips
2 onions chopped
1 cup green pepper chopped
4 small tomatoes
½ cup soya sauce
½ steers peri-peri sauce
¼ cup steers barbeque sauce
¼ cup spring onions
½ cup dhania chopped
Heat oil and stir fry the meat add green chillei paste and lemon juice and salt.
Stir in the vegetable for 2-3 min before adding the next one.
Add the sauces and cook until light and crunchi.
Lastly add dhania and spring onion
Serve with either pita or bread rolls.
