Ingredients:
1 packet Marie biscuits
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. icing sugar
2 Tbsp. condensed milk
2 Tbsp. golden syrup
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Method:
Put Marie biscuits in a packet and crush roughly. Don’t crush to a powder texture. Leave aside.
Take margarine, icing sugar, condensed milk, golden syrup and cocoa powder and place in a pot and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and mix well into Marie biscuits while mixture is still hot. Press down tightly onto a greased pan or Pyrex. Drizzle melted chocolate over and leave to cool. Once totally cold cut into squares and serve.
