- 1 bottle mayonnaise – 750ml
- 1 bottle piccalilli – 400grm
- 6 handfuls of curry leaves
- 3 tblsp fine coconut
- 1 tblsp crushed garlic
- 3 tsps fine jeer
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 10 -15 green chillies or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Few drops green colouring
Method
Liquidize all ingredients together. Make a wagaar with 1 tblsp mustard seeds and ¼ cup oil. Throw over chutney.
