500g beef mince
1 Tbsp ground green chillies
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
50g carrots and peas
250g mash potato
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp salt
Juice 2 lemons
½ bunch green dhana chopped
Mix first 5 ingredients and pound until smooth, then flatten on sheet of foil paper to a thickness of 1cm.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and flatten carefully on top of the mince. Roll like swiss roll and secure the ends tightly. Place in baking pan and bake at 180 degrees fro 45minutes then cool for 3 – 4 hours. Then slice, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and freeze or fry in medium hot oil.
