2 onions finely sliced
1 cup mix vegetables
Green, red, yellow peppers- julienne strips
1 tomato grated
1 tomato diced
½ cup tomato sauce
Method:
Boil rice and set aside. Braise onions in ghee and add rest of the ingredients.
Lastly add tomato sauce.
In a separate pot, make a wagaar of the following and throw over rice:
2 Tbsp ghee
¼ tsp whole- jeera
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
Mixed herbs
Salt to taste.
Serve with prawns or chicken.
