Methi Achaar (20.11.07)

Ingredients:
2 kg mangoes
½ kg methi masala
Oil for bottling

Method:
Wash, dry and cut mangoes. Add methi masala and leave overnight then freeze. To store out of freezer, boil oil with a few whole dry red chillies. Cool oil completely and add mangoes
Oil should be sufficient to cover.
