1 ½ LITRES OIL
3KG ROUGH SALT
2KG CRUSHED METHI
3/4 CUP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TEASPOON HING POWDER
1 KG CHILLI POWDER
2KG ROUGH CHILLIES
ANOTHER TEASPOON HING POWDER
1. HEAT OIL TILL HOT. SHIFT FROM STOVE AND MIX IN METHI, TURMERIC AND A TEASPOON OF HING POWDER.
2. PLACE SALT ON AN OVEN TRAY AND PLACE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN ON 180 DEGREES FOR 7 MINUTES. EMPTY INTO A BIG DISH.
3. PUT METHI OVER IT AND LEAVE TO COOL.
4. ADD THE REMAIMING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
